Daddy muffin ~

Best wishes to all dads, especially mine.
He is the best man in the world and I love him so much.
I love you, even if I'm not always able to say it out, I love you, even if I'm not the type to hug, I love you even though you are equal to me and we often argue, but in the end, most of the time, I enjoy a lot.
Thanks Daddy <3

This morning I made a tasty breakfast to my daddy: homemade muffins, soft, tasty and also not too caloric! Prepared with fresh ingredients and super tasty!
I chose to use spelled flour as it is rich in fiber, minerals and group B vitamins. The strawberries - finally it's their season! Wii! - Are full of vitamin C as well as blueberries, also rich in vitamin A and, to a smaller extent, of vitamin B. Sugar cane, which is rough, helps to keep blood sugar levels under control. We also have olive oil, which I prefer to butter to make cakes - I know, many will shudder, but I'm careful about these things! - and has monounsaturated fat, while yoghurt, of course, due to lactic acid boosts the immune system. And plain chocolate it's more tasty, of course

Ingredienti / Ingredients
  • Farina di farro: 370 gr / Spelt flour: 370 gr
  • Zucchero di canna grezzo: 150 gr / Raw cane sugar: 150 gr
  • Yogurt bianco: 300 gr / Plain yogurt: 300 gr
  • Uova: 2 / Eggs: 2
  • Olio extravergine d'oliva: 70ml / Extra virgin olive oil: 70ml
  • Lievito in polvere per dolci: 1 bustina / Baking powder for cakes: 1 packet
  • Fragole e mirtilli freschi: 100 gr, 100 gr / Strawberries and blueberries fresh: 100 gr, 100 gr
  • Cioccolato fondente: a scelta! / Dark chocolate: your choice!

Put toghether all dry ingredients first: flour - sifted is better - brown sugar, baking powder. Mix! Then add eggs, yogurt and oil, stir again until you get a homogeneous good mixture. Wash the strawberries and cut them into pieces, keeping a little 'aside for garnishing the muffins top still raw, once you have put them in the cups. Regarding the chocolate ... the quantity must be at the same level with your sweet tooth! The contrast of the dark chocolate flavor with the sweetness of strawberries and blueberries, I assure you, it is unreal.
Once you have added even fruit and chocolate, mix well and turn the oven - mine is ventilated, then 160 °, 180 ° on normal one. Fill the cups with 3/4 of the dough and, to a hot oven, inside for 15/20 minutes! If you want then sprinkle with powdered sugar, it is not bad, I have them as favorites.
