Auguri a tutti i papà, ma in particolare al mio.
Che è l'uomo più buono del mondo e che amo tantissimo.
Ti voglio bene, anche se non sono capace di dirlo a voce; ti voglio bene, anche se non sono tipo da abbracci; ti voglio bene anche se sono uguale a te e litighiamo spesso, ma in fondo, la maggior parte delle volte, mi diverto un sacco.

Questa mattina ho fatto trovare una gustosa colazione al mio papino: muffin fatti in casa, morbidissimi, gustosi e anche non troppo calorici! Preparati con ingredienti genuini e super gustosi!
Ho scelto di utilizzare farina di farro in quanto ricco di fibre, sali minerali e vitamine del gruppo B. Le fragole - ormai è stagione! Wii! - sono cariche di vitamina C così come i mirtilli, ricchi anche di vitamina A e, in quantità minore, di vitamina B. Lo zucchero di canna, che è grezzo, aiuta a tenere sotto controllo il tasso glicemico. Abbiamo anche olio d'oliva, che io preferisco al burro per fare i dolci - lo so, molti rabbrividiranno, ma sono attenta a queste cose! - ha grassi monoinsaturi mentre lo yogurt, ovviamente, grazie ai fermenti lattici rinforza il sistema immunitario. Oh, beh, e il cioccolato fondente perché è buono!

Quando entri sul sito di BlackMilk clothing e schiacci il pulsante della sezione “about”, l’intro è questo: “quindi volete conoscere la storia dietro a Black Milk, huh? Siete pronti? E’ in parte thriller, in parte un’avventura, con una pizzico di horror! E’ piuttosto intenso. Se volete veramente sapere che cosa è successo, molto bene - prendere una tazza di caffè e un sacchetto di patatine, mettetevi comodi su una bella sedia e vi dirò l’epico racconto che è .. la saga di Black Milk”. 

Non vi farò un riassunto di quello che segue, perché secondo me vale la pena di digitare www.blackmilkclothing.com e scoprirlo da soli, che la storia di questo brand e dell’ideatore, James Lillis, è davvero una “favola moderna” e non è mio compito svelarvi come si è svolta, soprattutto quand’essa è egregiamente raccontata dallo stesso James nella pagina online dei suoi favolosi prodotti. Io posso solo dirvi che favolosi lo sono davvero: non ho mai provato un paio di leggings più comodi, che esaltassero così bene la mia figura e che rendessero giustizia alle mie gambe toniche da ex cavallerizza, sì, ma ormai ben più cicciottose di quando facevo quotidianamente sport. E vi posso rivelare che quando ricevete l’email di conferma del vostro ordine, non si tratta di una sterile comunicazione digitale qualunque, no: anche qui, c’è una storiella, raccontata con simpatia e ironia e che mi fa sempre ridere. E le gonne? Gli abiti? Le collezioni speciali? Domani sarà online la collezione Batman e mi mangio le mani perché so di non potermi permettere alcun pezzo al momento, per questo ho deciso di dedicare il “Monday with” a  BlackMilk, perché magari qualche mio lettore o lettrice potrà innamorarsi quanto me di questi prodotti e mi farà sognare con qualche outfit worn in Italy, made in Australia!

I don't want to resume you what's next, because in my opinion it's worth to digit www.blackmilkclothing.com and discover it by yourself; this brand's and it's creator's history, James Lillis, it's a real modern fairy tales and it's not my job revealing you how it goes by, most of all because it's really well telling by James himself in his fabulous product online page. I can only tell you they are really fabulous: I haven't even try leggings so comfy, that will enhance my figure so well and that doing justice to my tonic ex horse rider's legs, now a little bit fleshy than once. And I can reveal you that when you receive your order confirmation it's not a simple anche clear email: there's a story tell with fun and it always give me a laugh! And what about their skirts? The vests? Special collections? Tomorrow new Batman collection will be online and I can even think that I can't buy a sigle piece at the moment. So I decided to dedicate my "Monday with" to BlackMilk, because maybe some of my follower could fall in love with this products and make me dream with some "worn in Italy, made in Australia" outfit!

Io amo la Vogue Fashion Night Out.
Amo le persone che si riversano in strada a fiotti, amo poter vedere outfit che somigliano più a costumi di scena teatrali, ostentati con una nonchalance da far invidia alle concorrenti di Americas Next Drag Queen! Amo divertirmi al party di Vivienne Westwood - mia tappa base ogni anno - , voltarmi e trovare accanto a me Natasha Stefanenko che, altissima e bellissima, ride e scherza coi suoi amici.
Non sono una persona particolarmente mondana, ho sempre odiato le discoteche e preferisco un'ottima cena casalinga in compagnia di amici piuttosto che un happy hour in un locale super fashion, tuttavia per una volta l'anno mi trasformo in un animale da festa e scendo in strada insieme al 95% del popolo glam di Milano e dintorni! Ho adorato la collezione a/i di Belstaff, le nuove borse Michael Kors, i pirate boots di Westwood in viola e nero e la collezione con i numeri romani di Tiffany. Mi sono anche pienamente goduta la crepe "Parigi" mangiata da Suiss Corner, che mi ha dato l'energia necessaria per affrontare la fiumea umana di Via della Spiga! Ora però si torna alla realtà: via l'eyeliner nero dagli occhi, giù le fluté di spumante e al collo il piccolo ciondolo che è venuto via con me dalla boutique di Vivienne, così mi ricorderà la bella serata passata a ridere con le mie amiche!



I love the Vogue Fashion Night Out.
I love the enormous bunch of people in the streets, I love to see outfits that are more like theatrical costumes, shown with a nonchalance that is  the envy of the Americas Next Drag Queen competitors! I love to have fun at the Vivienne Westwood party - my base every year - turn around and find next to me Natasha Stefanenko, tall and beautiful, laughing and joking with her friends.

I'm not that sophisticated, I always hated nightclubs and I prefer a good home-cooked meal with the company of friends rather than a happy hour at a super fashion club, but for once a year I turn into a party animal and go down in the street along with 95% of the people in and around Milan glam! I loved the A/W Belstaff collection, the new Michael Kors bags, the Westwood pirate boots in purple and black and the collection of Tiffany with roman numerals. I also fully enjoyed the cracks "Paris" eaten by Suiss Corner, which gave me the energy to face the human flow in Via della Spiga! But now I must come back to reality by the black eyeliner from her eyes, down the flute of sparkling wine and a small pendant around my neck that came with me from the boutique Vivienne, so I will remember the beautiful evening spent laughing with my friends!

Insta diary!

Oh gosh ... settimana scorsa ho fatto solo due post: chiedo venia!
Mi rifarò questa settimana, prometto!
Il corso che sto seguendo mi sta assorbendo - ed entusiasmando! - un sacco e quando torno a casa ho solo voglia di farmi una doccia e poi ficcarmi sotto le coperte. Scusate! 
Inizierò la settimana con un Insta diary, come sempre, ma già domani sera posterò un outfit invernale, scattato qualche settimana fa! Molto colorato e ironico, anche prezioso ;)
