Instagram on July ~

E' tanto che non do una bella scorsa alle immagini catturate dal mio Iphone5 e postate su Instagram e rivedendo quelle di Luglio mi sono un po' emozionata!
E' stato un mese intenso fra vacanze in Costa Azzurra e in Toscana, splendidi concerti ( 30 Second to Mars <3 ) e un fine mese passato in una Milano a dir poco bollente.
Non vedo l'ora di partire per il mare, siamo a -7 giorni, evito di mettermi a contare anche le ore o diventa una tortura! Oggi ho fatto un giretto al Vicolungo Outlet, è stato strano non sgomitare fra la gente che solitamente si accalca lì nel week end, sicuramente molto divertente e rilassante poter vedere quello che vuoi prendendoti il tempo che vuoi facendo anche due chiacchiere con commesse che, non sommerse da miliardi di persone agitate, sono state deliziose!
Nel prossimo post vi mostro un acquisto sul quale avevo mille dubbi, ma a posteriori ne sono entusiasta!

It's been a while since I took a look to my nice iPhone5 taken pictures, the ones i posted on Instagram  and by seeing those of July I got a little' excited!

It has been a busy month between holidays on the French Riviera and Tuscany, wonderful concerts ( 30 Second to Mars <3 ) and the end of july spent in a boiling hot Milan.

I can't wait to leave for the sea, just -7 days, I'll avoid to start counting hours or it will becomes a torture! Today I've been to Vicolungo Outlet, it was strange not elbowing among people who usually flock there over the weekend, definitely very fun and relaxing to watch whatever you want and as long as you want and even talking to saleswoman that weren't overwhelmed by billions of people, they were delightful!

In the next post I'll show you a purchase about which I thought a lot before buying it ( I wasn't very convinced ), but in retrospect I'm crazy about it!

It's summer time!

Buon pomeriggio a tutti!

Torno ora da una splendida mattina di mare: primo bagno, primo sole!
E prime ansie ... da brava polentona del nord la mia pelle è chiarissima, al mare mi riempio di efelidi per via dell'incarnato preso dai "rossi" della famiglia! Mi devo quindi proteggere molto, molto bene, rischio eritema. E l'eritema è un dramma!
Quest'anno ho iniziato a prendere degli integratori appositi per rafforzare la mia pelle in vista del sole estivo, utilizzo solo ottime creme - per la prima settimana con fattore protettivo 50, ebbene sì! - e nelle ore più calde mi caccio sotto l'ombrellone! 
Mi raccomando, mettete SEMPRE la crema, anche se non avete la tendenza a scottarvi o avete già preso il sole e sfoggiate un bel colorino dorato! Io mi trovo molto bene con i prodotti naturali dell'Erbolario, dove ho preso anche una protezione da spruzzare sui capelli prima di scendere in spiaggia, utilizzo Nivea e Avon - ve le mostrerò al più presto - e al mare mangio un sacco di frutta e verdura fresca! Qui in Francia hanno pomodori di colori assurdi, prepararli in insalata è divertente!

I just got back from a beautiful morning at the sea: first bath, first sun!
And early anxiety ... as a good northern girl my skin is clear, at the sea my skin is full of freckles! I have to protect so very, very well, because I am at erythema risk, a real drama!
This year I started taking the proper supplements to strengthen my skin ahead of the summer sun, use only good creams - for the first week with a protection factor 50, oh yes! - And during the hottest hours I chased under the umbrella!
I recommend you put the cream ALWAYS, even if you haven't a tendency to burn or you have already taken the sun and sported a nice golden color tea! I feel good with the natural Erbolario products, where I also took a spray protection for my hair! I use also Nivea and Avon products - I'll show you as soon as possible - and during my summer holiday I eat a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables! Here in France you can find tomatoes of many colors, prepare them in a salad is really fun!

Summer Instagram!

E' stato un Agosto da favola.

Ho trascorso le vacanze in Costa Azzurra, abbiamo girato parecchio visitando un sacco di paesi molto carini e città marittime! Per chi mi segue sa ormai che Nizza mi è rimasta nel cuore ma consiglio a tutti una tappa a Grasse, la città dei profumi arroccata nel cuore delle colline francesi, un giro a Cannes - immancabile la foto sul tappeto rosso, no? Very tourist! - ed un rientro lungo la costa fino a Menton, città che mi riservo di visitare per bene il prossimo anno. 

Ho aggiornato poco il blog e me ne scuso, spero mi abbiate seguita su Facebook dove ho tenuto perennemente aggiornati i followers via Instagram e company! 

In questi giorni farò un bel post riassuntivo di alcune delle mie foto preferite di quest'estate e vorrei tanto caricare anche un video speciale, un'esperienza a dir poco adrenalinica che ho vissuto con due dei miei migliori amici! Tenetevi forte ... ci siamo lanciati da 60 metri insalamati ad un elastico!

It has been a fairytale August.

I spent my holidays in Cote d'Azur, we traveled a lot visiting very nice villages and seaside cities! Those of you who follow me should know that Nice has taken my heart but I feel like suggesting you a stop in Grasse, the parfumes city set in the heart of french hills, a tour of Cannes - you can't renounce to a picture on the red carpet, don't you? Very tourist! - and a homecoming on the coast up to Menton, that I promise myself to visit next year.

I barely bringed up-to-date the blog and I apologize for this, I hope you followed me on Facebook  where I constantly updated the followers on  Instagram and co.

In the next days I will upload a summary post with some of my favorite shoots of this summer and I would also like to show you a very special video, an absolutely adrenalinic experience I lived with two of the best friends of mine! Hold on ... we jumped from almost 60 meters bound to an elastic!
